Our Warranty
Everybody claims a warranty. What actually protects you is the prep underneath it — so here’s exactly what we back, and how.
2-Year Workmanship Warranty
Every painting job comes with a 2-year warranty on materials and labor.
If paint peels, bubbles, cracks, or fails within 2 years of completion due to our workmanship or the products we used, we come back and fix it at no charge. No arguments, no inspections, no hoops.
What’s covered:
✓Peeling, cracking, or bubbling of the topcoat
✓Adhesion failure on properly prepped surfaces
✓Color inconsistency or uneven coverage
✓Primer bleed-through or stain penetration
✓Caulk or filler failure at joints we sealed
Normal wear, physical damage (furniture scuffs, pet scratches, impacts), and acts of God (storm damage, flooding) aren’t covered. The Sherwin-Williams product warranty is separate and may extend well beyond our labor warranty depending on the paint package you choose.
2-Year Cabinet Refinishing Warranty
Cabinet refinishing carries its own 2-year warranty against peeling and tanning. Doors and drawers are sprayed off-site and the boxes are finished on-site with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane — the right system for a surface that gets touched every day. That system is exactly what the 2-year warranty stands behind.
A Warranty Is Only as Good as the Prep
Here’s the honest part: a warranty is a promise, and a promise is only as good as the work under it. What actually protects you is understanding the situation before anyone opens a can — the substrate, the moisture, the right primer, the right materials, and proper cure time. We do that first, then we put it in writing. Done right, you’ll know long before the warranty ever matters.
