What kind of commercial job is it?
Payment
Commercial work gets scoped, not priced off a chart, so here’s how payment runs instead of a number that won’t fit your job.
✓Standard30% on start day, the balance on completion. Simple.
✓Bigger jobsWe break it into milestones: 30% on start day, progress draws as each milestone is met, balance on completion. You’re never paying ahead of the work, and we’re never carrying the whole job to the end. It keeps both sides honest and the work moving.
✓Smaller jobs, established businessesWe can often do net-30. You’re a business with your own books to run. We get it, and we can work with it.
The honest version: every commercial job is its own situation, and so are the terms. Call us, tell us what you’ve got, and we’ll see what works for both of us. Call →

“Our expectations were not met they were exceeded.”
Our experience with the Paint Doctors LLC was impressive from the initial phone call. The professionalism and eager to please culture was evident and their promptness to my questions was exemplary.
Our experience with the Paint Doctors LLC was impressive from the initial phone call. The professionalism and eager to please culture was evident and their promptness to my questions was exemplary. Arriving on time in delivering the estimate and delivering the work on time was refreshing. Though, being a smaller company they function like a much larger one as it pertains to their overall execution. I believe they are committed to delivering at the highest level. The painting was executed and completed on time with benchmarks being shared during the entire process. Our expectations were not met they were exceeded. The pricing was fair and they even offered a veterans discount! Without any hesitation whether a residential or commercial need arises they will be my painter of choice! Happily submitted by Andrews Street Church of Christ, Mobile Alabama.

Megan and Alex took care of the smallest details I didn’t even think of and even had a digital tool to make mock images of our home with the selected colors and options when I was unsure of a choice. The daily communication with changes and questions was on point! We love supporting local and am so thankful we found them. Highly recommend!

They set up an appointment to have my walls fixed and painted the next day. Worked with me on a price that I could afford and what was the most business oriented respectful company I have ran across in my 40 years. I appreciate the Paint Doctors and I highly recommend anybody use them and you will never be ripped off like all these other companies that want to charge you per hour and day they can get everything you need done as soon as it is possible and do not come after you to try to take everything they can to take advantage of people in the woman who owns this company was such a sweet lady and I can’t wait to use them again. Thank you Paint Doctors.

I highly recommend Alex and Megan of Paint Doctors, LLC for your painting project. They are very responsive and personable. They were fully committed to the job and did their job quite well. I am having my 90 yr old house resided, and I asked Paint Doctors to paint the overhanging eves/soffit, paint the window trims, and the front porch before the siding installation. They spray-washed all surfaces to remove decades of grime and mold, they caulked all seams, and put on 2 coats of prime paint (Sherwin Williams). I am very pleased with the final product. I will reach out to the Paint Doctors when I need another major paint project done.

“Their lines were razor sharp all throughout the house.”
Contacted several painters for quotes and Dependable Painting LLC gave me the most reasonable one. Megan and Alex were excellent communicators throughout the entire process. Just like their business name implies, they were extremely dependable.
Contacted several painters for quotes and Dependable Painting LLC gave me the most reasonable one. Megan and Alex were excellent communicators throughout the entire process. Just like their business name implies, they were extremely dependable. I was only going to have my trim and doors painted and cut-in, but I was so impressed by their quality of work and price that I hired them to paint the entire interior of the house as well. They showed great attention to detail and their lines were razor sharp all throughout the house. They even went above and beyond and painted some spots my children left on the roof for an extremely reasonable price. They were on time, efficient and had all the materials they needed to get the job done. Not only will I be recommending them on this platform, I'll be recommending them to anyone I know of who needs painting done at their home or business. Thanks Alex and Megan for a job well done!
