Brick is porous — it holds water and has to breathe. Coat it with the wrong thing and trapped moisture blisters the paint right off the wall. We use Loxon XP, a masonry coating built to bond to brick and seal it without trapping moisture inside. Done once, done right — painted brick doesn’t go back.

Stucco & crack repair

Stucco moves, and when it moves it cracks — that’s the thing we see on nearly every stucco job. Paint over those cracks and water gets behind the wall. So we fix the cracks first, then coat it in your choice of three Sherwin-Williams packages: SuperPaint, Duration, or Emerald.

Block & CMU

Concrete block is porous like brick and carries the same risk — trap moisture in the wall and the coating blisters. We seal it with Loxon XP, the same masonry-grade coating we put on brick, so the wall breathes and the finish holds. Most of the block we coat is commercial.
