What We Collect

When you visit our site, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location, pages visited, and time on site. This is standard website analytics used to improve the site and measure ad performance.

When you call or text (251) 423-5855, we collect your phone number and project details. When you ask for an estimate on our booking page, we collect the name, phone number, property address, the kind of work, and an email address only if you choose to give one, and use them only to reach you about your estimate.

When you use Paint Guru (our AI chat), we collect your messages and session data to provide painting advice. Chat messages are processed by AI models. Paint Guru does not collect your name, email, or payment info unless you type it into the chat.

Cookies

First-party cookies only. We don’t use third-party tracking cookies. We don’t sell cookie data.

The cookie is HttpOnly and Secure. The site works fully with cookies disabled.

Two things stay in your own browser and never reach us as cookies: your light or dark theme choice, and your Paint Guru conversation, so it is still there when you come back.

First-Party Analytics

We measure the site ourselves: which pages are visited, which buttons are tapped, and how fast pages load. A tap on call or text is recorded by the site’s own code before your phone app opens. No outside analytics or advertising script runs on this site, and nothing on it reports to one.

What We Don’t Do

We only collect an email address if you choose to give one for your quote. We don’t collect payment info online. We don’t sell data. We don’t buy data. We don’t use third-party tracking cookies. We don’t do fingerprinting. The only form on this website is the estimate booking form.
