What We Collect

When you visit our site, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location, pages visited, and time on site. This is standard website analytics used to improve the site and measure ad performance.

When you call or text (251) 423-5855, we collect your phone number and project details. We have no forms on our website — all communication is phone or text.

When you use Paint Guru (our AI chat), we collect your messages and session data to provide painting advice. Chat messages are processed by AI models. Paint Guru does not collect your name, email, or payment info unless you type it into the chat.

Cookies

First-party cookies only. We don’t use third-party tracking cookies. We don’t sell cookie data.

All cookies are HttpOnly and Secure. The site works fully with cookies disabled.

Google Ads & Analytics

We run Google Ads. When you click our ad, a click ID is stored so we can tell Google which ads lead to actual customers. We use Google Analytics 4 through Cloudflare Zaraz (server-side, not loaded in your browser). We use Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking on call and text button clicks. We don’t share personal info with Google — just click IDs and the fact that contact happened.

What We Don’t Do

We don’t collect email addresses on this site. We don’t collect payment info online. We don’t sell data. We don’t buy data. We don’t use third-party tracking cookies. We don’t do fingerprinting. There are no forms on this website.
